The Labour party in Scotland have been an accident waiting to happen for years now.

Following blindly the Policies and ideals of the party based in London have cost them dear in Scotland, as is now plain to see.

There is no way back, in my view, Too many loyal supporters who for decades voted blindly for them have now abandoned them.

I include myself in that group. Kezia by taking the lead of London and suggesting that she needs a “broad tent” and has to remove the party from being seen as supporting only the disadvantaged has blundered badly.

Labour is now unelectable in Scotland, possibly for decades. Their leaders past, present and future have to hold up their hands for this failure.

Entirely agree Thepr, Scottish Labour has been taking the Scottish electorate for granted for decades. I can remember an old cartoon drawn by M Rap in the Evening Times during the 90s lampooning a Labour candidate with the map of Scotland in his back pocket…

Labour are dead in the water, kept on life support by a compliant MSM – particularly in Scotland. I can’t see them making any recovery as their raison d’être is all about self preservation.

It’s been a long time since the Labour party’s woeful role in Scotland has been so clearly and forensically exposed. More power to your pen, Terry. Truth will out.
